I am not interested proving the US government is the most transparent one in the world - come back to xinku's original post - it is relative measurement. Comparing to China, this is almost a joke. The similar joke as China publishing human rights white paper against the US and claiming Chinese's human right situation is better than the US. It is just absurd.
