Look at your profile: you are just a rookie researcher(although you claim to be staff scientist and so on but everyone knows you are just a postdoc). But you earn excessive amount of salary by chinese standards, in a poor province where people die from digging dirt, and you want to compete for scarce resources with well positioned CHinese professors who have decades of experience while making much less money than you!
