I do not think you follow quite well here. What you said is a completely different topic.

What people are debating here is the spelling of Beijing in the name of Beijing Daxue in Chinese phonetic system of pinyin, not the literal translation of the name of city Beijing. Whether the name of Beijing changes or not is irrelevant in this context.
