Guys, one of the stongest point being attached in Fang's case is that most of the evidence are gathered through web sites. Maybe someone in NYU can contact the school to issues written statement on when Xiao is serving and how long he served each semester. Not sure if that can be done without courts' order though. (Maybe Fang can sue Xiao in US to get the subpoena some documents? ... Just a thought).

Well, if it were in US, the chinese school should have released the original resume he submitted to school. There won't be a case....
