I thank very much for the advices after I posted 国内PhD, 北美找教职. While
I am still waiting for few responces, I failed several others again. Recently, I may have a chance for a research staff position in a national lab. I do not know anything about the hiring procedure in a big lab. Am I going to be interveiwed
a selection committee or by the group leader? What is the procedure after getting
into a short list?

Please coach me, especially you are within a big lab and as a research staff.

My background: I have 70 publications ( at least part of them are not garbages,
I guess) in applied physics, most of them in good journals, 10 more in the best journals ( like Cell in bioscience?) of my field, one in Nature Special-like Nature bio-tech) I am first and corresponding author for most of them ( I guess in my field, corresponding author is not important becuase my boss does not care to be that).
