Sounds like you really know something. Why do not you ask your colleagues back in China about how they cheated in the 2005 863 evaluation? Once you learned the truth, you may not want to claim that you were from there. Cheating in the first NIST style evaluation (2005) is the true reason that IOA is under attack. It is a shame for the best government funded lab!
