When I say 450:2000 (data from a staffing company called Robert Half), I didn't mean just my field. That's the figure for ALL programming jobs for ALL kinds of companies. Of course you can always find some companies want to hire C++ programmers (remember that 450?), but it's the total numbers that matters.
