Reading the English posts from the above link, one is certain that Mr. Wu's English writing is far below that shown in the Nature letter. I am afraid that that letter could be written by somebody else, or was translated from Chinese by someone else. In the former case, Mr. Wu committed fraud while in the latter case, Mr. Wu should have specified the fact in the letter.
