I don't usually take postdocs from China, since my work is largely clinical related, testing many human subjects. Their language improficiency prevents me recruiting postdocs from China.
Also, I don;t pay my postdocs usually a bit higher than university standard, I pay my current postdocs $42K. 和哈佛的比，可高了不少吧？
