As Dr. Guest, who certainly stolen the data of Dr. Huang, said that the main problem of Huang's practice if lack of follow-up data. They don't the society of China. Huang's excuse is actual reasonable.

No matter how you attack that Dr. Huang's in-experienced practice, Dr. Guest did in fact have severe scientific misconduct. You can not change the fact, especially he published that case report which do not contain any comprehensive evaluation on all Dr. Huang's patients, but one nice case which proves Dr. Huang's claim is not false.
