国 is reserved only for a few prestigious countries
due to historical reasons. They include DeGuo(France),
MeiGuo(America), YingGuo(UK),TaiGuo.
Russia used to have the hornor of being EGuo
but it changed its name to USSR and after it swicthcback
to Russia, it is only ELuoSi but EGuo anymore.
Bangladesh only became a Guo in 1971 and I do not
understand how it earn the previlegde to be
called MengJiaLaGuo instead of just MengJiaLa
