do things based on morality, but the government as an organization does things exactly in my way of SuanZhang. THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTION. But again, the ones who apologized are not the same people who put people into concentration camp. No individual had been held accountable for the event.
Think about this: if the Jappenese had not made a lot of noise and gained support from other citizens, therefore putting pressure on the government, the government would not have apologized. But if the Jappenese community was as strong and influential 60 years ago as it is now, the chance is they would not be forced to live in concentration camp either.
