Yes, because complexity guys are in small number, so there are less fellows than in network, database. However, complexity guys are super strong, so they can get Turing.
People in network and database are more practical and fundamental breakthoughs are few (besides already awarded Internet, TCP, relational database etc). Unless you find some none-relational database and it is better than RDB, working in database can not get many Turing. However, there are lots of nice stuff, good enough to be fellow.
